With profound love and immeasurable sorrow, we announce the passing of our precious baby girl, Malin’ee Miraclee Rosee Cox Ewell, who was born on April 1, 2026, at 9:58 a.m., and gently passed away at 10:28 a.m. the same morning at Nemours Children’s Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.
Though her time on earth was brief, Malin’ee Miraclee Rosee filled those moments with a lifetime of love. She was deeply cherished from the very first heartbeat and will forever remain a beautiful miracle in the hearts of her family. Her tiny presence brought a love so powerful it will never fade.
Malin’ee is lovingly remembered by her devoted mother, Shelly Cox, and her father, Don Ewell, who held her close and surrounded her with warmth during her precious time here. Since the day Mommy and Daddy laid eyes on you, we knew you were going to be so perfect. Mommy and Daddy couldn’t have asked for a more precious gift. She is Mommy and Daddy’s guardian angel.
She will be greatly missed by her godmothers, July Briscoe and Arianna Miller; her aunties, Autumn Danley and Kimmy Forshey; and all who loved and cherished her.
You were the apple of Mommy’s eye and Daddy’s little girl. You grew your wings way too soon, before our hearts were ready to say goodbye. You may not be here in the flesh, but your spirit will always be remembered in Mommy and Daddy forever.
If heaven had visiting hours, Mommy and Daddy would come spend time with you every day. Why did you have to go so soon. Mommy and Daddy couldn’t enjoy their precious gift. May your soul rest in peace. Mommy and Daddy will always love you.
