Terry Jerista, 84, of Philadelphia, PA, died on February 14, 2026.
Born in Passaic, NJ on October 3, 1941, she was the daughter of the late John and Rose (née Calderone) Locascio.
Terry was preceded in death by her husband, Michael G. Jerista, with whom she celebrated 56 years of marriage. Terry is survived by two sons: Jeffrey J. Jerista (his wife Laurie and their sons Evan, Colin, and Andrew) and Jason M. Jerista (his wife Alison and their son Jason, Jr.); and several cousins.
Terry and her family operated Kitchen Magic, a home remodeling business that won the National Association of the Remodeling Industry’s Contractor of the Year award. Following her business career, Terry invested in real estate and supported several charitable organizations.

Family and friends are invited to attend her Life Celebration on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church in Wilmington, DE from 10:30am to 12:00pm, where her Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown, PA from 2:30pm to 3:00pm.
In lieu of floral tributes, Terry requested memorial donations in her memory to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America (www.myasthenia.org) or the Coast Guard Foundation (www.coastguardfoundation.org).
