Dolores Welty, 93, of Wilmington, DE passed away on January 21, 2026 at Foulk Living. Born July 3, 1932, she was retired from University of Pennsylvania Hospital where she worked for 37 years.
Dolores is survived by her children, Robert Barksdale, Jr. (Lisa), Wayne Barksdale (Susan) and Sharon Gottshalk. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A celebration of life is scheduled for Friday March 6, 2026 at McCrery and Harra Funeral Home, 3924 Concord Pike Wilmington, DE 19803. Visitation will be from 10 –11am, with the celebration service beginning at 11am.
