Phyllis M. Webb, age 70, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on December 18, 2025, at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE.
She was born in Pennsylvania on December 31, 1954, the daughter of William Gooch and Dorothy Williams.
Phyllis enjoyed relaxing by the pool, swimming, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Dave; her children, Annette, Maria, KC, David, and Joey; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 2 sisters.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at McCrery & Harra Funeral Home, 3710 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE 19808, where family and friends may call from 10:00–11:00 a.m. A service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be private.
