Rebecca Ann Dillard, age 46, of Wilmington, Delaware, died peacefully at home on Tuesday December 16, 2025.
Rebecca is survived by her seven children. Isaac, Carrera, Samuel, Michael, Olivia, Matthew and Johnny; ex-husband Zachariah; parents Russell and Marcella Leathern; sisters Kristina Ridge, Jennifer Goines, Brittani Reed and Summer Wooldridge; grandparents David and Ella Clough; and her three dogs Olive, Piper and Hazel.
Aside from her full-time role as a mother, Rebecca was a school nutritionist, employee of Harry’s Savoy Grill, and Kid Ridez. In her free time she practiced Yoga, meditation and frequented the gym. She enjoyed going on coffee and lunch dates with friends, traveling, crafting, painting and redecorating her house. However, her greatest joy was spending time with her children, sisters, and parents.
Becci was born to be a loving mother. She was passionate about everything she put her mind to. She had the warmest energy and loved everything with a heartbeat. She welcomed everyone into her life with loving arms and an infectious smile. There was nothing she couldn’t do and not a single house project she couldn’t take on, she was unbelievably creative. Becci will forever be remembered as one of the most beautiful people, inside and out. She raised her seven children to be just like her. smart, caring, funny, strong and always fully themselves. She touched the lives of so many and will be remembered for eternity.
A viewing will be held Friday, December 26 from 6-8 pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 143 Dickinson Ln., Wilmington, DE 19807. A funeral service will be held the following day, Saturday, December 27 at 10 am at church. Interment will be private.
Flowers can be delivered to church on Friday afternoon.
