Winner, Steven E.

Steven “Steve” Winner, age 66, passed away on November 20, 2025, surrounded by his family.

Born and raised in Wilmington, DE; Steve graduated from DelCastle High School where he specialized in masonry. He continued to perfect his skills throughout his career. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing/crabbing, the beach, going for walks and a cold beer.

Steve is survived by his son, Steven “Foster”, his brother Kevin (Barbie), niece Jennifer and nephew James. He was preceded in death by his beloved sister Karen and his parents.
