He played basketball, football and volleyball, but volleyball was his favorite. He started and coordinated a church volleyball league on Friday evenings where he met his wife, Jean. Bob loved the Lord and was known for his volleyball charity tournaments. He started the league and charity tournaments at St. Mark’s United Methodist. The league expanded to 46 teams involving 10 churches. Bob and Jean married at Westminster Presbyterian, and he later joined Concord Presbyterian. Bob enjoyed fantasy football and baseball, winning most of his teams. Bob was a thoughtful and caring individual with a great sense of humor. He will be lovingly missed.
