After a fierce year long battle with brain tumor, Prashanth Sukumaran, age 48, passed away peacefully at his home on 15th July 2023 at 6:33 am surrounded lovingly by his parents, his wife and children, his brother and his family, his sister in-law and parents in-law, his cousins and their families and close friends.
Prashanth was extremely bright, talented, and passionate with diverse interests. He will be remembered for all the heart he shared with his friends and family, his sweet smile, his selfless and generous nature, and his welcome home to all family and friends. He truly loved each of them- and if you knew him, you knew it. He will be missed dearly.
Prashanth is survived by his loving family- his parents, his wife and his two boys Aashish (Age 16) and Gautham (Age 12). The Facetime, phone calls, letters, and visits from his friends that Prashanth received during the final weeks of his life were a tremendous source of joy, peace, and comfort to him. Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers for Prashanth and his Family.
Family and friends are invited to pay respects at McCrery & Harra,3710 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE 19808. The viewing for Prashanth will be held on Thursday, July 20 at 2pm onwards and the service will be at 3pm.
