Ronald E. Skiles, age 74, of New Castle, DE formally of Newport, DE, passed on Monday, July 3, 2023.
Ronald had a passion for collecting stamps. He retired after 38 years from the City of Wilmington.
Ronald is preceded in death by his father, Harry L. Skiles; mother, Ruth E. Skiles; and his brother, David W. Skiles. Ronald is survived by two brothers, Harry L. Jr. and William J.; his sister, Donna Quirk, and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held privately at Silverbrook Cemetery.
