Dorothy Hurilla went home to the Lord on May 1, 2023 at Millcroft Living.
She was born in Boothwyn, PA to the late LeRoy and Luetta Boudwin. Dorothy was a homemaker and member of Holly Oak Calvary United Methodist Church. She enjoyed various church activities, music and cooking.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Peter Hurilla and her daughter Diane Hurilla. She is survived by her daughters, Helen Hurilla (Richard Whipple) and Deborah Hurilla-Sica and her grandchildren, A.J. and Tiffany Sica.
The family would like to thank the staff at Millcroft Living and Vitas Hospice for the excellent care they provided to Dorothy.
A visitation will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 12:30 p.m.-1:30p.m. at Holly Oak Calvary U. M. Church 1511 Philadelphia Pike, Wilmington, DE 19809 where a service will follow at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park, New Castle, DE.
