Elsie Marie Noell Baldwin June 16, 1932 – March 30, 2023
Elsie Baldwin of Bellefonte, Delaware passed away peacefully on March 30, 2023 at Christiana Care Hospital in Newark, Delaware.
She was the daughter of the late William and Ernestine Noell and wife of the late Ross Lionel Baldwin. Predeceased by her brother William Noell and her son Ross Lionel Baldwin Jr. She is survived by her sister Frances Schmidt, daughters Kathryn Klinzing (Gerard), Karen McCool (Gary) and Lisa Portale, 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Services will be on Tuesday, April 11 at McCrery & Harra Funeral Home, 3924 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803. Friends and family may call at 11:00 AM followed by a service at noon. Burial will be private.
