Jones, Scott A.

Suddenly, on Tuesday February 7th Scott, loving son, brother and friend, passed at the age of 30. Scott was born on October 7th 1992 to parents Douglas R Jones and Sandra L Mayhew Jones. Scott has one younger sister [Abby] Abigail E Jones who he loved.

Scott enjoyed going to the movies, especially superhero’s, parties and being around his friends and family. He was always excited to cheer on the Phillies and Eagles with his dad. Scott enjoyed music, concerts and could name a song within the first few notes. He enjoyed burgers, pizza, ice cream, sharing chips and when Abby would surprise him with Dunkin Donuts.

When meeting Scott people loved his contagious smile, pretty brown eyes and a light that always shined in him. Scott was a bearer of light and loved and cared about his fellow person no matter what they were suffering with, their disability, Scott gave light and joy to everyone.

Scott loved his family, his army he would call it because there were so many people who loved him. Scott’s high school aide Mr. Kareme always held a special part in his life from the love he showed Scott to stopping a robber and becoming Scotts real life superhero.

Scott was predeceased by his Poppop with no hair Jones who we know he is playfully boxing with now. His Mommom Jones who gave him the biggest hug and his Mommom Donna who is telling him all kinds of stories and adventures she had.

Thank you Scott for sharing your light with us. We will always continue to share your light with others. We love you.
