Thomas Fife “Tommy” Murray, Jr. age 57 of Wilmington, DE, formerly of Philadelphia, PA passed away peacefully with loved ones by his side at home on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
He was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and was the son of the late Claire (D’Antonio) and Thomas F. Murray, Sr. Tommy graduated from South Philadelphia HS in 1984.
He enjoyed watching Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, Price is Right and any & all game shows that piqued his interest. He also enjoyed listening to music.
Tommy is survived by his brother Joseph (Joey) Murray and his wife Kelly of Wilmington, DE; nieces, Elizabeth Murray of Philadelphia, PA and Erin Murray of Wilmington, DE; nephew, Kyle Keating of Wilmington, DE and great-niece, Emalee Murray-Clarke of Philadelphia, PA.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 10 at 11am at McCrery & Harra Funeral Homes, 3710 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington (Kirkwood Hwy & Duncan Rd.) 19808 where a visitation will begin at 10am. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, PA.
