Patricia Mary Crystal, age 68, of New Castle, DE died peacefully on November 02, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.
Born on April 12, 1954 in Wilmington, DE, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Crystal. She graduated from Conrad High School in 1972, and she was employed at Professional Associates for many years.
Patricia loved watching her television shows, flower arranging, chair caning, painting ceramics, drawing, and collecting baby seals and precious moment figurines. She was particular about the upkeep of her car and styling her hair. As a teenager, Patricia enjoyed dancing in her room, listening to loud music, and talking on the telephone.
Above all else, she adored her family, especially her great nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed.
Patricia is survived by her sister, Nancy Bahr, and brother-in-law, Morgan; niece, Nicole Buckley and her husband, Matt, and their children, Connor, Macie, and Brianna; nephew, Brian Bahr and his wife, Heather, and their children Mackenzie and Carter; nephew, Justin Bahr and his wife, Dana, and their children, Anthony, Mason, and Coleson; aunt, Barbara Macey; and many cousins and special friends.
Our heartfelt thanks belong to the amazing doctors, nurses, and technicians at the American Kidney Care in Newark, DE, where she was a patient for the past 5 ½ years and was affectionately known as “Chrissy.”
A visitation will be held at McCrery & Harra Funeral Homes and Crematory, 3710 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE 19808 on Thursday, November 10th from 10 – 11am with services to follow. Burial will be at Gracelawn Memorial Park.
