Rosemary Roddy, age 60, of Wilmington, DE, died September 30, 2022 at Accent Hospice, Christiana Hospital after a brief illness.
Rosemary attended Holy Rosary Elementary School and Mount Pleasant High School. She was a proud mother, loving daughter and sister, and friend to all she met.
Rosemary is survived by her parents, Francis and Joan Roddy, and her son, Ian (Ashley). Additionally, she is survived by the Roddy siblings Kathleen Connor (Jack), Christopher (Debbie), Daniel (Robin), Mary Morris (John), Matthew (Shannon), and Michael. She is also survived by nieces and nephews: Daniel, Sean, Mallory, Corinne, Melanie, Jack, Tyler, John, Aiden, Cole, Derragh, Giovanna, and Juliette, and a number of grandnieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 7, at 11 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 4701 Weldin Rd, Wilmington, where friends may call after 10:30 am. Inurnment will be held privately.
