Patricia A. Connelly, 84, of Wilmington, DE, formerly of Swarthmore, PA, died peacefully surrounded by her family on March 10, 2022. Born in Philadelphia, PA to John and Matilda Gonder, Patricia went to West Catholic High School.
After high school Patricia went to work, first for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, then the Goldbond company while she was residing in Swarthmore, PA. She enjoyed Irish dancing, socializing and going to the shore with friends and family.
Patricia was predeceased by her sister, Anne Sekel. She is survived by her children, Maureen Fatula (Steve), Thomas Connelly (Carol), Lisa Whitehouse, and John Connelly (Bing); eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; and her brother, John Gonder.
