My mom was a wonderful woman who impacted more lives than she knew. She will be greatly missed by her daughter, Kim. She also leaves behind her favorite nephew Mark and his beautiful wife, Jen and their son – Joanne’s amazing nephew Charlie. Joanne also is survived by her inlaws Wes and Marie Stevenson of Naples, Florida. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Gary and her parents Clarence and Alice. Mom enjoyed her retirement and spent most of her days taking care of her kitties – Misty, Robin, and Dusty. She enjoyed the simple things – a good Denzel movie, a new show on Netflix, reading her detective books, and taking care of her family. She always loved the Rolling Stones, but never got to see them live. Her favorite song was Sympathy for the Devil which we heard driving home last week. She turned it up and was signing along. My mother made the holidays very special and enjoyed her Christmas tree and all of her snowmen. She always went above and beyond for her family and friends.
