Margaret T. “Peggy” Donofrio passed away on January 29, 2022, at Christiana Hospital.
Peggy was born in Wilmington, DE to the late Pasquale and Armalinda Marchello. Peggy retired from the Chrysler Corporation in 1992. She enjoyed gardening, playing cards and visits to her beach house. She was happiest when spending time with family and friends, especially with her grandchildren. Holidays were her favorite time of year.
She was preceded in death by her husband Albert Donofrio, daughter Marlene Donofrio and grandson, Jason Reazor. Peggy is survived by her children, Peggy Reazor and Albert Donofrio, Jr. (Peggy) her grandchildren, James Reazor (Jenny), B.J. Reazor (Lisa), Susan Reazor, Jeanie Donofrio (David), Janis Donofrio, her great-grandchildren, Gavin, Owen and Brynn, Gianna and Angelina, brother-in-law Bill Donofrio and many nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held on Friday, February 4, 2022, from 10:00-11:00 AM at McCrery and Harra Funeral Home, 3710 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE 19808 followed by a service at 11:00 AM.
