Henry Clay Palmer, III, age 63 of Wilmington, DE passed away on January 17, 2022.
His is survived by his wife Catherine(Green); mother, Barbara LaGates and sister ,Tawnia Glover. He was the head custodian at Mt. Pleasant HS.
