Teresa R Truby, age 76, of Wilmington DE, passed away with family by her side on Dec 19, 2021.

Terry was a lifelong resident of New Castle County and a proud Delawarean.
She retired after 25 years with the DuPont Company and then began her 2nd career of 28 years as tour guide at The Winterthur Museum & Gardens .She was a loving wife, mother, and friend who enjoyed life, learning, history, traveling and making people smile. Her infectious smile, spirit, and laughter will be dearly missed by family & friends.

She is survived by her son, Mike, and daughter-in-law, Betsy: grandchildren, Eric and Jordan; daughter, Lynn and son-in-law, James Morales; brother, Phil Robins; sister, Connie Robins; brother-in-law, Dale and wife Tina; sister-in-law, Debbie Fry, as well as many beloved nieces, nephews and extended family.

The family would like to extend their extreme gratitude to the outstanding team of nurses & doctors in the Christiana Care ICU for their passionate and expert care on Terry’s behalf.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring. Date TBD.
