Joseph Victor Yandoli, aged 91, passed away on November 22nd, 2021 in Wilmington DE

He was born in Jersey City, NJ to the late Cosimo and Marianne Yandoli, immigrants from Avellino, Italy. He was a graduate of Rutgers University and the Dartmouth School of Business. After serving 47 years with Columbia Gas Corporation, he retired in 1995 as a Vice President of Risk Management. He was a member of the 4th Degree Knights of Columbus, Santa Maria Council. He enjoyed the Jersey Shore and spending time with his extended family. He was an avid gardener, loved boating, fishing and crabbing. He enjoyed spending his retirement winters on his beloved Sanibel Island, Florida, where he served on the Board of Directors at Surfrider Beach Club. He was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. He will be remembered by his family always as a devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, and Uncle. He also was a dedicated friend and mentor to many.

He was preceded in death by Josephine M. (Trotta) (wife of 27 years) his brothers, Nicholas and Peter Yandoli, and his sisters, Carmela “Millie” Ciccarelli, Antoinette Siniscalchi, his grandson Dominic DelCampo and his son-in-law Jeffrey Sharkus. Joseph is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Geneva (Gail) Yandoli, and his daughters, Nadine Hardy, Dianne Paglia (Thomas), Donna Amalfitano (Paul), and Marianne Sharkus, step-children, Charles Wood (Christi) and Sherry Proctor (Benjamin), his grandchildren, Victor (Teresa), Desiree, Sarah, Joseph, Victoria, Andrew, Jennifer, Charlie, Regan, Benjamin and his great-grandchildren, Troy, Carly and Ronan, and his beloved brother Gabriel (Helen) and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 30th, 2021 from 11:00-12:00 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 4701 Weldin Road, Wilmington, DE 19810 where a Christian Mass will follow at 12:00 noon. There will be an additional visitation on Friday, December 3rd, 2021 at Timothy E. Ryan Funeral Home, 995 Fischer Blvd, Toms River, NJ from 11:00-12:00 followed by Interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, 56 Cedar Grove Road, Toms River, NJ, 08753.
