Wilmington-Mary Danielle Robinson, age 55, passed away in her sleep at home on April 19, 2021.
She was born in Wilmington, DE and was the daughter of the late Earlene A. (Foraker) and Percy W. Hallett Sr. Danielle attended Elkton High School. She was a homemaker. Bringing her the most joy to her life was spending time with her family. Danielle didn’t let a day go by without telling you that she loved you and even in her darkest days she still knew how to light up the room. She will always be remembered for her kind, nurturing ways.
Danielle enjoyed reading, gardening and crafting, especially jewelry. She also enjoyed her movies that she watched over and over again and she had the greatest love for decorating for the holidays especially Christmas. Danielle was also a huge fan of Neil Young, Bon Jovi and country music.
Danielle is survived by her 4 children, Jennifer Robinson (Sean Wilkerson), Suzanna Johnson (Marvin Sr.), Mary “Beth” Robinson and William ‘’Bud’’ Robinson Jr.; the love of her life, William Robinson Sr.; siblings, Percy Hallett Jr., Richard Hallett, Michael Hallett and Guy Andy Hallett; grandchildren, Paryse, Sydnee, Ariana, Aviana, Jayden, Jay, Anthony, Marvin Jr., Alyvia, Julian, Julianna, AJ, Ethan, Jesir and Nehyaven; 2 great grandchildren Xavier and Elaina; her “adopted children” , Lyndsey Roy and Danny Reifendifer and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 6, at 6pm, at McCrery & Harra Funeral Homes, 3710 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, where friends may call after 5pm. Burial will be private. Services will be held in accordance with the current health directives, wearing masks, social distancing and capacity requirements (70).
