Sandra P. Hagenbuch, age 75
Sandy was born on December 19, 1946 to Gilbert and Ruth Pennington. She was the eldest sibling of Bruce Pennington and Lynn (Pennington) Brock.
Sandy passed away peacefully on Friday, October 14th 2022 surrounded by her family that she spent her life pampering with her amazing talents.
Sandy graduated from Brandywine High School class of 1964. She devoted over 40 years of service as a legal secretary both in Delaware and lastly in Florida. While residing over 20 years in Florida, she enjoyed cooking for the masses. This is where she discovered her true calling.
Sandy is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Karl “Bucky” Hagenbuch of Smyrna, Delaware. Daughter Jennifer Ferrara and her husband Christopher of Wilmington, Delaware. Her Son Jimmy Hagenbuch and his wife Sarah of Lexington, Virginia. The treasures of her life, Victoria Ferrara (Chris Whitney), Brandon Ferrara (Hayley Miller), Aubrey Hagenbuch, Kaylee Hagenbuch, and Grayson Hagenbuch. Her brother Bruce and Sister Lynn (Michael), numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Her family by love, Ronald and Sharon Penner. Along with the endless number of people she touched with her kindness.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
