Bull, Myrtle "Kitty"

Myrtle C. (Kitty) Bull, age 93, went to be with the Lord November 17, 2021. Born in Wilmington, Delaware, she graduated from A.I. DuPont High School in 1946. She worked for Atlas Chemical Co. where she met her husband, John Bull. They were married for 61 years, and she was a devoted homemaker.

She was an active member of Emmanuel O.P. church where she was a choir member and later at Bethel Baptist Church. Kitty was an avid gardener and kept beautiful flower and vegetable gardens in her yard. She was a caring person and a friend to her neighbors. Friends were often at her table having coffee and cake, or coming to an evening Bible study she hosted. Kitty enjoyed spending time with family, beach vacations in OCNJ and Chincoteague VA, and traveling with her husband John. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Kitty is preceded in death by her husband, John Bull and her grandson, Jesse Coggin. She is survived by her son and daughter, John A. Bull IV, Debbie Coggin (Ed), grandchild Emily Vera (Rafael), and four great grandchildren. Visitation on Tuesday, November 23rd, at 10:00 a.m., and service at 11:00 a.m., at McCrery & Harra Funeral Home, 3924 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803. Burial will be private.
