Kramedas, Ted G.

Ted G. Kramedas passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021 surrounded by his loving family after he courageously battled a quick-moving cancer for 38 days.

Ted was born May 19th, 1946. He was a very generous man to his family and everyone that he knew. He made a big impact on the people around him and was a mentor and a coach to many. Ted made friends everywhere that he went and loved to make people laugh. After working tirelessly operating a high-end specialty produce business for 43 years with his wife, Ted retired in 2010. In those 43 years he never missed a day of work nor took time off from his business. No weather stopped his trucks from delivering the fresh produce to his customers. Ted was an avid fisherman and loved the beach. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. He will leave some very big shoes to fill and will be forever missed.

Ted is survived by his wife Dori, his children Mariel (Gary), Tony, Kristen (Andrew), and his beloved grandchildren Bella and Niko. He is also survived by his sister, Demetra. Ted was predeceased by his parents, George and Mary, and his brother, Anthony. The family would like to thank the Delaware Hospice nurses for their compassionate care.

An outdoor memorial will be held Saturday, April 3rd at the P.S. DuPont Middle School track, 701 W. 34th St. Wilmington, DE 19702 from 1 to 3pm. In lieu of flowers, Ted requested donations to Make-A-Wish Foundation. Covid restrictions will be observed, please be mindful of distancing, contact and masks are required.
