Elmira P. Birch passed away peacefully in her home on March 15, 2021.
She was born in Wilmington, DE to the late Fred and Ethel Potter. Elmira retired after many years with the Wilmington Trust Co.
She was preceded in death by her first husband Joseph Wood and her second husband, Arthur W. Birch, Jr.
