Angelique “Angel” Mae Bakanas left this world suddenly on November 19, 2020 at age 37, while at her residence in Claymont, DE. She was a caring and loving daughter, sister, mother, and friend to many.
Angel was born to Joseph and Anna Marie Bakanas on February 12, 1983. She attended Holy Rosary Catholic school during her elementary years, and after graduating from Padua Academy in 2001, she continued to pursue dual college degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. She graduated from Neumann College in Aston, PA, class of 2006. She later had three children, all of whom she deeply loved.
As a child, Angel liked playing softball and having fun. She was full of life, and loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed watching her children play sports, gardening, and designing costume jewelry. Angel loved reminiscing of her childhood memories and would do anything to help anyone she could. Angel leaves a lasting memory as having the biggest of hearts and lots of love for everyone.
Angel is survived by her loving parents, Joseph and Anna Marie, daughters, Leslie and Michelle, son, Besnik Rocco, sister, JoAnna, brother in law, Tony, nieces Lynnea and Ariel, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
