Joseph Dino III - beloved, father, son, brother, cousin and friend - passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at the age of 60.
Joe was born in Chicago. He loved life, loved motorcycles, and loved driving them very fast. He was a racing champion and had the awards to prove it. Joe was a collector, an inventor, and a self-educated, self-made man. He was a huge music fan, and especially liked Dave Matthews and David Bowie.
Joe was a hard worker and, despite not having a formal education, worked his way up to project engineer, running the mechanics of a massive organization in Kansas City, where he spent most of his adult life.
Joe fought a hard fight, dealing with Multiple Sclerosis for many years, but he always kept gratitude in his heart. We will all miss Joe’s smile, his enduring spirit and his never quit attitude.
Joe is predeceased by his father, Joe Dino Jr. He is survived by his mother, Josephine; his children, Carolyn and Joe Dino IV; his sisters, Ada, Diana and Rachel; two grandchildren, Gwen and Sienna; and nephews and nieces, Matt, Tommy, Kristen, Natalie and Olivia.
A celebration of Joe’s life will be held on December 20th at 11:00 am at the Easton Bible Church, 2407 Fostertown Rd, Hainesport, NJ. A luncheon will follow. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in Joe’s memory to the National MS Society.
