They loved world-wide travel as well as spending time at their beach home in Avalon, NJ. Jack affectionally referred to Betty as Big Boss Betty and named his boat BBB. Summers were filled with family time on the beach, boating, and dinners. Kids and grandkids also came to love Avalon with Mom Mom and Pop Pop. Many years were enjoyed with family and friends on trips to the Cayman Islands. Betty was an active member of St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church and the Junior League, served as a docent at Winterthur, volunteered with Al Anon, and enjoyed attending the Academy of Life Long Learning.
